Comparative Study of Early Neonatal Versus Late Circumcision in Terms of Post Operative Complications

Objective: The objective of this study was to compare early neonatal versus late circumcision by plastibell in terms postoperative complications. Methodology: It a comparative conducted at Department Pediatric Surgery Shifa International Hospital Islamabad from January 2018 November 2019. present is prospective analytical review 482 uncircumcised patients who presented the Hospital, Islamabad. variables that were observed age, mode presentation, and Patients divided into 2 groups. In Group A done within first 3 days life B conventional manner after one week till months age. Results: Total during period, out which 70 belong 412 B. A, bell retraction seen 4 (5.71%), infection glans form flakes pus 1 patient (1.42%), delayed fall (2.85%) meatal ulcer (1.42%). B, 8 (1.94%), (0.97%) (0.97%). Complications like bleeding, over/under circumcision, smegmal cyst, stenosis urethrocutaneous fistula not any group. Conclusion: We conclude or even soon birth safe has no significant difference complications as compared whom later stage.
